All white-label accounts can opt into Compliance Monitoring™ for free!

Compliance Monitoring™ automatically sends your clients quarterly email reminders to confirm their information is still accurate, and it also notifies them 90 days before their identity document expires.

Opt-In to Compliance Monitoring™

1. From the Navbar, click "White Label Settings".

   

   From the Navbar, click "White Label Settings".
2. Scroll down until you see the Compliance Monitoring™ checkboxes.

   
3. Check the Compliance Monitoring™ Reminders you would like to provide for your clients.

4. Click Update Account.

Quarterly BOI Information Accurate Reminder

Quarterly reminders are sent out every quarter on the following dates:

• January 1st

• April 1st

• July 1st

• October 1st

Below is an example Quarterly BOI Reminder email:

Hello,

This is a 30 day reminder regarding your BOI Report for Acme Inc.

Identity Document Expiring Notification

Weekly expiration reminders are sent every Tuesday for documents expiring within 90 days.

Below is an example 90-day identity document expiring email:
